Several first-time exhibitors specifically targeted the room-correction and measurement-tool space — calibrated microphones, USB audio interfaces, and software bundles aimed at people running their own DIY measurement sweeps rather than buying a pre-tuned system.
That shift matters for anyone learning to read their own measurements: more affordable tools means more people will have access to real RTA and impulse-response data, and more reason to understand what terms like THD, Fs, and group delay actually mean on a spec sheet.
