An RTA (real-time analyzer) sweep plots frequency along the bottom and output level up the side. The first thing to check isn't any single peak or dip — it's the overall shape, or slope, of the curve.
Most rooms show a natural rise in bass below 100–200Hz due to room gain, and a gentle downward tilt in the treble is common and often preferred (sometimes called a “downward-tilting target curve”). Neither of those, on their own, is a problem to fix.
What's worth addressing: narrow, sharp peaks (these are almost always room modes — standing waves at specific frequencies tied to your room's dimensions) and any single dip deeper than about 6dB across a wide range, since deep wide dips are harder to fix with EQ and often point to speaker placement or cancellation issues instead.
A practical rule: EQ can tame peaks reasonably well, but it generally can't fix deep dips caused by cancellation — for those, moving the speaker or subwoofer a few inches is often more effective than adding more EQ.
